TERRA Janitorial Services are performed with meticulous attention to detail to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive property. Throughout the year, we will clean all common areas, including vestibules, lobbies, foyers, stairwells, courtyards, laundry areas, etc.
We will provide a free estimate and recommendation for the appropriate maintenance program to fit your needs.
Janitorial Services include, but not limited to:
- Replace common area light bulbs as needed
- Remove trash in all interior and exterior common areas
- Sweep all common exterior sidewalks and rear parking lot areas
- Thoroughly clean all main entrance glass door surfaces
- Thoroughly sweep and mop entryways – all mats to be picked up before sweeping and mopping
- Clean directory/intercom glass
- Dust mailboxes
- Clean laundry room/remove lint from traps in sinks and dryers (weekly)
- Remove cobwebs in stairwells and around common areas of property
- Thoroughly vacuum all carpets and mats on interior staircases, stairwells, and entrance foyers
- Check all common area door locks for proper operation
- Keep janitor closet in a neat and orderly manner
- Sweep and mop basement floors (monthly)
- Dust interior stair railings and baseboards (monthly)
- Clean light fixtures (quarterly)
- Sweep exterior decks/porches (monthly)
